I think it’s unisex… considering they sell a women’s version below in the typical colors (pink, baby blue, etc.), and the black watch that you’ve chosen is black and doesn’t say, I think it could be worn by anyone… on a personal note – I do think it looks a little feminine, mainly due to the thin lines of the band.
