iPod classic or iPod Nano? I am going to be using it mainly as a storage device BUT (cont)?
I am a Design Student and need to carry alot of info back and forth between school and home. I love music but LOL funny enough i wont be putting Thousands of mp3′s on it…. i will have alot but not like alot of these kids that are buying them for there megamillion song library. I also work out alot so am wondering that i might like the nike + ipod feature. I wont be watching many videos on the thing but would like to show people some of my kids from time to time…. (can you store movies on an ipod nano or classic and plug into your DVR and watch them on your tv?) i know i dont know ANYTHING about ipods but im new to macintosh gadgets. Love the computers but thats as far as i go lol… thanks for any help!!
if you are going to be using the ipod to transfer data as well as music, photos, and a few videos, then i’d say the classic. the nano has a smaller screen and storage. i dont know much about the compatibility of the nike with different ipods, but those are a good idea. the sales person you buy from knows a lot more about that. you can’t plug them into the DVR to watch the movies/pictures, but Apple makes portable larger screens. i would actually recommend the zune, but that is just me(itunes is a pain in the ass)
