What Style is this for a college guy?

Wears: Polo shirts (Croft & Barrow, Chaps, etc) with top button undone and a white undershirt, black pants, shirt is usually (though not always) tucked into pants, always wears a black belt with gold buckle when the shirt is tucked in, gold Seiko watch, always Hanes black socks, American Eagle black shoes.

What style is this? Is this preppy at all? Your opinions: Is this a good style? What would you like changed concerning this style (prefer girls to answer)? Thanks
