How good are emporio armani watches?
I would like to gift a pair of watches to my parents on their anniversary. So I am looking watches from a good company, which is not just a jazzy brand, but also a reliable and trusted one. When I was shown a pair of watches, I was told they are “Armani”, so i thought they were giorgio armani watches. But I looked them up, and they turn out to be emporio armani watches. So are these watches good? or are they white elephants? I mean I’m spending a bomb on these watches, coz I want them to last for a really long time. So is this a reliable company? And In the watch industry, what is its standing?
I am a huge Armani fan, but I would like to let you know that Emporio Armani watches will not last you long.
If I were you I would look more into brands whose main source of business is the production and sale of QUALITY watches, i.e. Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Breitling, Longines, and many others. With watches in particular, price is a very good determinant of quality and these brands carry behind them a tradition of craftsmanship and precision. To be honest, I would consider Emporio Armani Watches more like fashion accesories and not really like watches .
If you still want to go for an Armani watch, I would recommend the Giorgio Armani Borgo 21, which can be found exclusively in Giorgio Armani boutiques. Please bear in mind that while in this case you’re paying for higher quality materials than those used for EA watches, you’re being charged for the brand as well.
